About Us
Orientation is my middle name. In my many years of work for international corporations, I have gained a wide range of experience: comprehensive know-how in the areas of Change Management, Leadership, Human Resources and HR Controlling.
My DNA helps me with all the challenges. My great-grandfather already mastered an almost hopeless historical situation with his sense of orientation and his skill in mediation. Today I know that I too have these gifts and that my clarity as well as my empathy and creative thinking help me – especially in times of crisis or upheaval.
We see ourselves as a guide, as a pathfinder, at the interface of people, numbers and processes in companies. A clear value compass based on appreciation, mindfulness, transparency and fairness guides me as the driving force of HR Pathfinder in my thinking and acting.

- Conceptual design and development of an FC model (headcount and costs) for around 3,500 employees
- Development and implementation of qualitative and quantitative personnel planning
- Creation of a concept for the communicative and operative implementation of a personnel strategy
- Development and implementation of a SOX process for HR Payroll including role and authorization concept as well as training of employees and creation of training documents
Summary of my career as an employee
In this period I have worked in Germany and abroad for a handful of international companies in various positions within HR and HR Controlling. Most of the time being involved or leading in change projects. A few examples:
- Leading the HR stream during a carve-in
- Evaluation and content as well as cost assessment of the workforce and HR organization in M&A projects
- Harmonization of the compensation systems and HR regulations, grading of the reorganization including the definition of salary bands as well as the development of a new bonus system and a new pension scheme
- Analysis of the conformity of applicable regulations and procedures, implementation of the necessary follow-up measures including coordination with external service providers.
- Support a ramp-up of a series production with the implementation of a suitable HR controlling
- Develop and implement a HR Controlling for a site closure including developing and ensuring interfaces to Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Controlling
- Calculations for the harmonization of salary systems, coordination of the annual salary increase and bonus process
- Adaptation of HR regulations in case of changes in legislation
